Our policies regarding refunds and cancellations for donations.

Jessa Thetraravalar Ministries values transparency in all financial contributions.
Donations made through our website are considered voluntary charitable contributions.
As donations are used to support ministry activities and charitable programs, they are generally non-refundable.
If a donation has been deducted multiple times due to a technical error, the donor should contact us within 7 days.
After verification, eligible duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
If an incorrect donation amount has been processed due to a technical issue, please contact us immediately for review.
If membership or program registration includes a fee, refunds may be considered only before the application is processed.
Once registration has been approved, fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
For ministry events with registration fees:
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–14 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or banking institution.
Donors may discontinue recurring donations at any time by contacting the Ministry or through the payment platform, if available.
